- Small details (e.g. facial features) can be lost during the conversion to paint by number, so it is not worth uploading a group photo for example
- If the uploaded image's ratio is not exactly 4:5, its edges may be lost during cropping
- If the uploaded image's ratio is 1:1, we send a 40x40 cm image
