The uploaded image should be of high quality, minimum 700 pixels wide/tall

Small details (e.g. facial features) can be lost during the conversion to paint by number, so it is not worth uploading a group photo for example

If the uploaded image's ratio is not exactly 4:5, its edges may be lost during cropping

If the uploaded image's ratio is 1:1, we send a 40x40 cm image

Before the finalization, we will consult with you via email to ensure that you are satisfied with the result
